By the way, my operating system is Windows7 and I tried the below commands @cmd line or console.
java -jar sikuli-ide.jar -r d:\Sikuli\scripts\Test.skl
&
java -jar sikuli-ide.jar -r d:\Sikuli\scripts\Test.sikuli
