ok, I see the problem. Wondering, why only you are complaining about that.
It could be fixed with some manual intervention:
the system path entry (prefs - extended - environment)
c:\YK\NewSikuli\libs

should have an uppercase C:

You might fix that manually, but ...

Another idea is to just switch to 1.1.0, that is available, but still not final (problems with multimonitor):

If you do that:
- purge everything belonging to 1.0.1
- purge the system path entry  c:\YK\NewSikuli\libs
