RaiMan proposed the following answer:
If you mean, that you want to start a new command line window from inside a script using 
openApp("I do not know, what you have her")

then it might be, that this does not work, because of the already open
command line window.

With version 1.1.0 you might simply double click sikulix.jar, which doe
not open a command line window.

Another option might be to use
run("start ....")

with the respective options.
