  [1.1.0] Multi-monitor support --- 2015-05-10: currently not working

Bug description:
  May 12th nightly build does not appear to work wit multiple monitors
  on Windows 7 64 bit and Java 7.  Older versions work correctly, but
  the recent nightly builds do not.
