Unfortunately this setup, after starting via App.focus("part of window
title"), app.focus() doesn't work there either :(

If you don't have any more ideas as to what the cause could be then I
guess I'll just have to build Sikuli myself and debug it, sometime when
I have a bit more time to devote to this...
