Oops I did it again... there is indeed a chance to mix up 1.0.1 and
1.1.0, so I downloaded the wrong version... This can be closed. I will
open a new bug for the failure of the new version.

  UTF-8 and RegCreateKEeyEx Failures an Win32

Bug description:
  I just tried to port my application to Win32 (using latest sikulix
  maven build). I realized that sikuli does not work but does not throw
  any failures either. So I installed the Sikulix IDE.

  I could read the following line in the dos prompt when starting the
  Sikulix IDE:

  java.util.prefs.WindowsPreferences (init)
  WARNING: Could not open/create prefs root node Software\JavaSoft\Prefs at root 0x80000002. Windows RegCreateKeyEx(...) returned error code 5.

  The IDE opens but when trying to run a script I get the message:

  SyntaxError: Illegal Character in file '<string>' for encoding 'utf-8'
