ok, but the question here is why this button wasn't clicked. So was it
certainly located? Try to highlight it, like:

reg = find("image.png")
reg.highlight(1)

Can you see that the correct area is highlighted?

Then when you perform the click, can you see that a click was actually
made in the log?
