take care, that you do not have any artefacts of previous Sikuli
versions on system path.

start with a fresh install/setup of latest 1.1.0.

  Sikuli crashes at startup.

Bug description:
  When running "runsikulix.cmd" this error message shows up and crashes (ref to attachment). 
  I have tried to wipe out everything and reinstall as well as running it through "sikulix.jar".
