Please update the documentation if you can - I found it confusing:

- 'use' is not in the index, it's not documented

- the whole section on "Grouping Method Calls ( with Region: )" should
be deleted -- I glanced at it and though it would work as expected

In any case, 'use' appears to me to be an unfortunate regression:
Python's "with" statement is exactly for the purpose of clearly showing
regions of code that are running under temporary state change effects???
