I'm currently using: 

type(Key.RIGHT, KeyModifier.CTRL+KeyModifier.SHIFT)

These are older threads below, but in one of them you state that it is not possible to highlight text in this way. It is not working for me currently and just wanted to confirm that it does not work before I continue to try different things.
