I was making the same error, using my_file.close to close a file rather than my_file.close
It may be worth noting that when I was writing the script in Canopy, it worked regardless of the error.  

RaiMan, thank you for the excellent tool and amazing support.  Sikuli
was a large part of my motivation  to learn Python and your snippets and
explanations have been enormously helpful.
