My system: 
PC: windows 8.1
Sikuli 1.1.0
Tool: Octopus Deploy

I think is might have to do that not I but the tool runs the script. I have also seen it with SOAPUI scripts, the usadge is different. 
Manually it runs perfectly, but "by tool" is needs some tweeking.
