Ok, let's say I open a website, facebook.com

I have 4 friends that I want to track. Friend A, B, C and D.
As I scroll down the page where many other friends also posted their stuff.  So I scroll down and only pick the 4 friends I want to communicate.  Then I would capture that text, basically image and use OCR to make into text.  Then do something with it, like I have a dictionary and decide to give a star or post reply.  Hope that is clearer than my original post.
