Hmmmmm, the problem is probably not related to sikuli then.

My original was just as you said, I had wait(pattern) followed by
click(same pattern) but the results were still inconsistent. My direct
click example was an attempt to potentially remove factors that might
have been playing a part in my issue.

I'll give the "getLastMatch().highlight(2)" a shot, but I don't think it
will be much help. The logic is pretty basic, and I've inserted various
asserts in my debugging that shows me pattern is detected every time.
The mouse moves to the correct part every time, it's just that the click
only occasionally works.

I'm aware that some apps do not register clicks in in a way that allows
sikuli to work, but the fact that it works sometimes is really bothering
me.

Thanks for the response and the continued support of sikuli, it's an
exceptionally powerful tool.
