Srikanth is still having a problem:
Yes it is coming back magically every time I delete it from the local
repo manually.

Even on jenkins, it is coming back. I have deleted all the instances of
org.sikuli including .idea project configuration file. I couldn't figure
it out how stop it from downloading.
