Shobin confirmed that the question is solved:
Problem solved.

Ok, I updated Java version and the damn thing messed up with my Env
Variables, it changed the Jython reference or something.

All I did was change the Jython Path to the correct one on the ENV
variables. eg: c:\jython2.7\bin

Thats It !! now it works.
