Perhaps I should add what I am trying to accomplish
I am trying to find out if there is anything in region (341, 518, 82, 35)
if its Black there is nothing

  My Code after reading various Suggestions always returns "not found"
          if exists(Pattern("1464943398109.png").similar(0.99)): 
              print "found"
          else:
              print "not found"

  The Area of the Screen that I am testing is completely black and so is
  the image
