[Question #296000]: Could not load JIntellitype.dll

New question #296000 on Sikuli:
https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+question/296000

I installed Sikuli last week. It seemed to work fine then. Today, I go to run it and it does not start. I run it from the command line and this is what it outputs ...

C:\SikuliX>runsikulix.cmd
+++ running this Java
java version "1.8.0_92"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_92-b14)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.92-b14, mixed mode)
+++ trying to run SikuliX
+++ using: -Xms64M -Xmx512M -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 -Dsikuli.FromCommandLine -jar C:\SikuliX\sikulix.jar
[info] HotkeyManager: add Capture Hotkey: CTRL+SHIFT 2 (50, 3)
[error] WindowsHotkeyManager: JIntellitype problem: Could not load JIntellitype.dll from local file system or from inside JAR

I've search this up but everything I find refers to old Sikuli installs getting in the way. This is the first ever Sikuli install on this machine.

Any tips on how to get around this?
