Cam gave more information on the question:
-Downloaded all the needed files for the offline setup of the nightly build.
-Created a folder for them and put the needed ones into it.
-Tried the setup and it always fails at the Jython part.

              -I HAVE tried using the other, older jython, same error.  
              -The setup does detect that I already have the jython jar in both methods, but for some reason crashes at that part of the install.
