majdoub confirmed that the question is solved:
Pardon my lack of knowledge, I'm a newbie in multi-threading , i just
realized that my problem is not related to sikuli but it comes from the
suspend function in java.lang.Thread.It's not appreciated because it
causes freezes when called while the thread is executing some critical
operations.

I switched to the threading API, and i started implementing my own
suspend using events like mentioned in some forums.

Thanks for your answers, i took notes that will help me a lot to solve
my problem.
