RaiMan proposed the following answer:
versions before SikuliX version 1.0.x and 1.1.x (e.g. X 1.0RC3 or
earlier):

- there is a folder in the ProgramFiles folder: just delete it
- in the environment settings purge every setting in the variables referring to Sikuli and remove respective entries from the system path

If it is a newer version of SikuliX, just delete the installation folder
(the one you decided to put setup into and where you run setup).

The most important thing: take care, that nothing in system path or any
environment variables points to older Sikuli stuff.

With version 1.1.1 (recommended latest version) there should not be any
risk, to run in parallel with other installed versions anyways.
