I tried using

String path="C:\\git\\OriginalBuild\\Build.jar";
ProcessBuilder pb = new ProcessBuilder("java", "-jar", path);

		try {
			Process p = pb.start();
		} 
catch (IOException e) {
			// TODO Auto-generated catch block
			e.printStackTrace();
		}
