why my program not loop continuously?

while exits (IMG1) :
      if  exits (IMG2) or exits (IMG3) or exits (IMG4)
           wait (3)
      else :
           click (IMG5)


what i want is..:
(1) while on the screen (IMG1)
(2) it will find (IMG2),(IMG3),(IMG4)..if found wait for 30sec and repeat
(3) if not found  (IMG2),(IMG3),(IMG4) wait for 10sec it  will click (IMG5) and repeat


its only do 1 loop..how to to continuously?
how to see a log action while execution"?
