java -jar sikulix.jar -d 3

... and look in the debug output for the section between
***** show environment for IDE
...
***** show environment for IDE

there should be a line having something like this:
java 8-64 version 1.8.0_121-b13 vm 25.121-b13 class 52.0 arch x86_64

please report what you have.
