If you want to run multiple instances of the IDE, you may try SikuliX 1.1.2.
SikuliX 1.1.2 allows to run multiple instances of the IDE.

experimental: added IDE command line parameter -m 
which allows to run multiple instances of the IDE (you should know what you are doing)
