1) The exception FindFailed  is been thrown when Sikuli cannot find some image on screen. 
2) The error text you posted says that exception happened in Region.wait
3) In the Sikuli documentation you can find that Wait fails if not fiund an image:

http://doc.sikuli.org/region.html#Region.wait
Returns:	
a Match object that contains the best match or fails if not found 

That is your image is not found.

4) Also it does not look that quotation marks are needed here: >
s.click("pattern");
