RaiMan proposed the following answer:
Before capturing with the SikuliX IDE features save the "Untitled" tab to some folder on the Desktop and name it as you like.
When finished with capturing, save again.

Now you have a folder on the Desktop you-named-it.sikuli, which contains
you captured images.
