Erna gave more information on the question:
After researching I finally got to the setup window, but only choosing
option 3 the program throw this error when the system "trying to run
functional test:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ClassCastException: java.base/jdk.internal.loader.ClassLoaders$AppClassLoader cannot be cast to java.base/java.net.URLClassLoader
        at org.sikuli.basics.SikuliX.addToClasspath(SikuliX.java:226)
        at org.sikuli.basics.RunSetup.main(RunSetup.java:789)
