Sorry for the unnecessary question about Windows version, you mentioned
it already :-(

So your frontmost app moves the mouse, while SikuliX is running a
script.

If this is by intention, simply ignore the warning, if it does not
interfere with your script.

If it does, then you have to find measures, to coordinate mouse usage
between the two candidates.
