Maria Haris is still having a problem:
So you mean  maybe adding the folowing lines to the runsikulix.cmd should work for loading jar file 
echo +++ trying to run seleniumserver
echo +++ using: %PARMS% -jar selenium-server-standalone-3.0.1.jar %SIKULI_COMMAND%
