Yes - you have to live with that. SikuliX acts visually on the content
of the screen.

simply no - see above

BTW: the problem is not the screen content as such (since this might be
organised in a way, that everything needed is visible - at least on
larger monitors), but mouse/keyboard together with input focus, which
need to be exclusive for SikuliX during a workflow.
