you have to live with it - at least once read through the docs.

If you really can't live with this gimmick: use version 1.1.3 (Java 8!)

  IDE Toolbox Vanished

Status in Sikuli:
  New

Bug description:
  I just upgraded to 1.1.4 from 1.1.1. As soon as I finished replacing
  the JAR files, my IDE Toolbox vanished (the one on the left hand side
  of the editor, wherefrom I can drag and drop commands into the
  editor). I am new to Sikuli and I am completely lost without that
  toolset
