RaiMan proposed the following answer:
SikuliX 1.1.2 does not work with Java 12.
SikuliX 1.1.3 might work with Java 12, but has some restrictions.

Both versions are no longer supported.

Try with 1.1.4: https://raiman.github.io/SikuliX1/downloads.html

sikulixapi.jar in lower part of page.
