I just checked on Windows 10/latestJava8 and get #385 from the Download
page.

running with -v:

  Dowload page shows 385 as latest build, but 364 gets downloaded from
  the link

Bug description:
  1.1.4-SNAPSHOT-#364-2019-08-02_08:42/Windows10.0/Java8(64)1.8.0_221-b11
  I've downloaded a couple times and keep getting #364. I cannot get OCR Text() to work on Windows10 in 364.
