[Bug 1849363] Re: [2.1.0-SNAPSHOT] crashes on start sikuli script --- use build #408+

Bug description:
cross checked for the latest nightly Build 407, 406, 405 with two PC (Win 7, Win 10) running Java10 and Java13
Both Case (Win a + Java b) of Build 406, 407 exists the same error
Build 405 runs fine
Thread might have different number
