hello, after disabling the settings importer method I can confirm it
does work as expected, without any of the problems described before
using sikulixsetup-1.1.3.jar.

i wold prefer to have the allinone standalone version but for temporary
solution if there is a way I can read files located in the same path as
the jar file it wold be great :D
