Since internally a new JVM is dispatched with a taylored classpath, the
ouside settings are ignored.

Adding stuff to the classpath at runtime is not supported anymore.

The actual solution for your situation is to put the jar into the
Sikulix-appdata\Extensions folder, where it will be picked up at strtup
with a ref in the classpath.
