New question #689188 on Sikuli:

I prematurely pressed "solved" on my other question,(https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+question/689035) but anyway it seems that I cannot even open sikuli IDE (2.0.3) on the cmd console under windows 10. 

running cmd as admin:

C:\Users\Ben\Desktop\SIKULI>java -jar sikuli203.jar -v -c
Error: Unable to access jarfile sikuli203.jar

same happens when leaving out the -v -c modifiers

(Using open JDK 13.0.2)
