In fact Click On Region [0, 0, 1280, 1080] doesn't work too.
Normally the image is needed, examples from SikuliLibrary :
Click on region 	[x,y,w,h] 	image.png 		
Click on region 	[x,y,w,h] 	image.png 	0 	
Click on region 	[x,y,w,h] 	image.png 	0 	2
