Title:
  File Menu greyed out after open a file, file is not opened, untitled
  file is showing as new file tab

Bug description:
  Sikuli was working well for a while. there is no issues.

  Today, I opened sikuli, when I try to open a file, after I click
  File->Open->select the file->Open, a new untitled file tab is added
  next to the "untitled" file tab, and the whole top menu greyed out,
  the X close icon also greyed out. Not able to go further.

  This happens everytime now. not able to use Sikuli for any task. not
  sure if any recent windows update broke it.

  Version of Sikuli: Sikuli IDE 1.0.1
  OS: windows 8.1x64 enterprise
