sudo java -jar /Users/pedropablo/tagui/src/sikulix/sikulix.jar -v -c -v

I think the problem is the running user.

Remember that the permission file is part of those protected by SIP and
is owned by root.

I had already disabled SIP, but I did not remember the root, I will try
to change the permissions of the file.
