[Question #702472]: My Sikuli Does not respond when a over head Pop-up appears while installing a software

I am trying to Automate Siemens Software Installation,
When I run the exe file, Initially we receive a Over head Pop-up "You want to Install this Software?"
I tired capturing image for "yes" button and It does not click the button and ends with a error, Image not found
I tried using
type(Key.LEFT)
wait(2)
type(Key.ENTER)
when the Over head screen appears, the Keys also dont work, 
Can you guide me what exactly is issue?
