This sometimes happens. Here is the instruction:
1. Try restarting the computer first.
2. If it did not help, try to enable the access function for different files in the Windows settings.
3. After that, try to launch or open the file.
4. If all this did not help, try using the recommendations provided here https://la-peniche-gourmande.ch/
