Certainly, you can create and edit contents in an XLSX (Excel
spreadsheet) file using Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
Here are the general steps at: https://converra.com/

Using Microsoft Excel:

Open Microsoft Excel on your computer.
Click on "File" or the Office icon (depending on your Excel version) in the top-left corner.
Select "New" to create a new spreadsheet or "Open" to open an existing one.
Once your spreadsheet is open, you can click on any cell and start typing to add content. You can also use the formula bar at the top to enter data.
To save your changes, click on "File" and then "Save" or "Save As" to give your file a new name or location.
Choose the XLSX format when saving.
Using Google Sheets:

Go to Google Sheets (sheets.google.com) and sign in to your Google Account.
Click the "+ Blank" button to create a new spreadsheet or "File" > "Open" to open an existing one from Google Drive or your computer.
Similar to Excel, you can click on cells and start typing to add content.
Changes are automatically saved to Google Drive. You can also download the file as XLSX by clicking "File" > "Download" > "Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)."
Using LibreOffice Calc (Free Alternative):

Download and install LibreOffice (libreoffice.org) if you don't have it.
Open LibreOffice Calc.
Create a new spreadsheet or open an existing one.
Add and edit content as needed.
To save as an XLSX file, click "File" > "Save As" and select "Microsoft Excel 2007/2010/2013 XML (.xlsx)" as the file type.
These are general steps to create and edit content in an XLSX file. You can use the software that best suits your needs or is available to you.
