[Question #816385]: is it possible to monitor a blinking icon in a region?

title. What I wanted to do is if like the icon in the region has stop blinking a function will be triggered to click that icon. The said icon is not blinking instantaneously but blinking in a fade effect and vice versa. is onChange() should be use or onVanish()?
