[Question #817992]: Sikuli in a virtual framebuffer Xvnc
New question #817992 on SikuliX:
https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+question/817992
Hi,
I am running a Sikuli script in a Xvnc virtual framebuffer.
The script works just fine as long as I keep a VNC client open. As soon as I close it, the script does not work reliably any longer.
No errors or exceptions are reporte, and it is not easy to understand what happens without seeing it, but it looks like this: https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+question/250592
I know about using VNCScreen and will probably convert the script, but if I understand why this is happening I may try to find a different solution or workaround (apart from the obvious one of keeping a client open).
I also understand this may be a question for the Xvnc folks, but I felt like starting here to gather some intel.
Thanks to anyone who might give me some hint.
