[Question #817998]: Automated Data Extraction from NBA Game Stats Websites, facing issues with element recognition during live updates

Hello Sikuli Community,

I'm currently working on a project where I need to automate the extraction of data from NBA game stats websites. My goal is to gather real-time statistics for analysis. However, I'm running into some issues with Sikuli's ability to recognize and interact with certain elements on the page, especially during live updates when the content dynamically changes.

Here are the specific challenges I'm facing:

Element Recognition: Sikuli sometimes fails to recognize specific elements on the page when they update in real-time. This is crucial for my project as it needs to capture the latest stats.
Dynamic Content: The dynamic nature of live game stats means that elements frequently change positions and appearances, making it hard for the script to maintain accuracy. https://nba2kapk.org/
Screen Resolution and Scaling: Variations in screen resolution and scaling settings seem to affect the accuracy of element recognition.
I've tried adjusting the similarity thresholds and using wait times to no avail. I'm considering using a combination of Sikuli with other tools or strategies to improve accuracy. Has anyone in the community dealt with similar issues? What approaches or additional tools would you recommend to enhance the reliability of real-time data extraction using Sikuli?

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your help!
