This error indicates that opencv_java430.dll is missing from any
recognized libraries. Ensure that the DLL is present in a folder
included in your system's PATH or placed in Sikuli's designated libs
folder. Also, verify that your SikuliX version is compatible with Java 8
on Windows 10.
