Bug description:
  This bug was originally reported to the Debian BTS.

  simple-scan starts OK,
  press scan, scan works until page complete then seg faults, no other message.
  debian sid, HP deskjet F4280

  The segfault happens only when landscape mode is selected, otherwise
  works fine.
