  Simple Scan just replace files while "save"ing without ask to do.

Status in Simple Scan:
  New

Bug description:
  Scan a picture and save it.
  Ehm may you choose a bad file name and rename per file browser.

  Than you scan next picture and just press "save" button and in this
  case you may overwrite files do not want to.
